Earlier in the week, Hot Springs casino officially launched its platform for sports wagering making it the first casino based out of Arkansas to do so.
Speaking on the news, in a statement, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort Spokeswoman Jennifer Hoyt said that the casino started offering sports wagering from the 1st of July.
Furthermore, Hoyt also revealed that the Arkansas based casino gamblers can legally bet on various games right from rugby, cricket, college basketball, and professional football.
According to Hoyt, a gambler can place bets their bets at kiosks available at Oakland Racing Casino or via tellers right throughout the week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Sports wagering at Oaklawn was approved at The Arkansas Racing Commission back in the previous month.
As per reports, Southland Gaming, Racing based out of Memphis and Oaklawn received their respective full casino licenses by the commission back in the month of March.
